The flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate (MSG) is associated with weight gain, suggest researchers.

2. Long Term Estrogen Exposure May Raise BP

A study in rats demonstrates that chronic exposure to estrogen may cause the production of a reactive oxygen species that targets an area of the brain involved in regulating blood pressure which can result in hypertension.
