Nutrient density: a new angle on calories

People who are watching their weight often try to choose foods with fewer calories. But Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy dean Eileen Kennedy suggests a different approach to healthy eating: assuming you have a certain number of calories to eat, try to choose the foods with more nutrients.
