Just taking a minute to say hi, and commend this website. For many of us, we don't over-eat per se, don't consume entire cakes and roasts by ourselves, DO INDEED get 5 to 7 hours of cardio and weight training in each week, don't pig out daily on refined carbs, eat less than our thinner friends, and henceforth, it's very challenging on certain days to stay positive about the immense commitment it requires to stay the course and move toward our goals with enthusiasm and vigor. But enthusiam, vigor and single-mindedness it surely requires, and thus I move into the New Year with hope, courage and faith. Like the thread says I am a serial dieter and I am ready to give that up and finally learn to eat healthy and use food for nutrition and not for companionship. So no more pills and powders, ear staples, hypnosis, or starvation. Time to leave the fat life and begin a new and healthy one. I appreciate all the tips, advice and encouragement that I can get. The more support the better! I know I am facing a long journey but I am ready to do what it takes. I dont wanna be the fatty anymore!
