Crime Pays (But Insurance Does Not)

Since Dad got out of the hospital, we have had a physical therapist, an RN and a CNA to come over each day this week to the house to help me get Dad strong and healthy again, and help him bathe, shave and get dressed. He is very weak from his weeklong experience in the hospital.When Jimmy the physical therapist came yesterday, he asked Dad if he could hold his legs out straight. Yes. Arms out straight? No problem.Then he asked him to hold both hands up in the air above his head. Give me your wallet. I joked.FYI: Laughter helps physical therapy, too.
